How It Works
As your third-party laboratory, Bia Diagnostics works with you to develop and validate your sample matrix, showing proof of purpose for a particular method. We’re available to assist with developing a testing plan that meets your company’s quality control needs and satisfies both auditors and regulatory bodies. Should you require a test method that doesn’t already exist, we can develop assays targeting specific analytes to meet your needs. We also offer a wide range of other services, including AOAC method validation studies, independent third-party evaluations and validation of new methods, and collaborative studies with private and public organizations.
Research & Development
Bia Diagnostics is respected worldwide for our long history of research in the food and nutritional field. We are an active member of the food and nutritional scientific community – including AOAC, IFT, IAFP, AACC and ACS. We devote time and resources to researching the ever-complex world of food science, collaborating with other scientists, including those of major universities, government agencies, and scientific institutions. Our research is published in peer-reviewed journals and we present our findings and posters at scientific conferences and meetings.
